I’m Linda — a Certified Health and Life Coach with over 40 years of experience caring for people as a dental assistant. My world has always revolved around helping others feel safe, understood, and confident in their health.

A few years ago, I decided to shift that care in a new direction — one focused on women in midlife. I saw a need for real, personalized support during a season that’s often ignored or misunderstood. So I got certified, built this practice, and never looked back.
